We don’t have a workshop scheduled, but you can view the video that we have posted on the website. Once a new workshop is scheduled, we will be announcing it on the website, as well is in our e-news, so stay tuned!

Since most SFH are over 1.2m in the county, how are folks utilizing this assistsnce while adhering to the max purchase limit?

This program is good for people who only have 5% down and don’t have to pay PMI (it is like a 20% down program) and don’t make million dollar salaries. You need a good Realtor who can help you find affordable neighborhoods, or look at condos. Depending on your income and debt you may not be able to borrow the maximum amount. Then you will need to work with your Realtor to see if there are any properties in your price range in the County (excluding Daly City).

We have helped a lot of families buy condos in South San Francisco, San Bruno and Pacifica recently. It can be done.
